What is the minimum order?

We have a 2 hours minimum requirement. Our handymen can often do many projects in the same visit, so start your list!

What services do you perform?

Our handymen can perform a wide array of repair and maintenance tasks from electrical to paint.

How much does the service cost?

We have 4 pricing structures:
Hourly Rates – Handyman services can be charged by the hour, with a 2 hour minimum. At the time of booking, clients simply list their requested projects and over the phone we can provide an estimate of time to complete your list. We’ll recommend materials for you to prepare before the handyman arrives. When our handyman arrives you may give more specific instructions about what you would like done and at that point we will confirm estimate and cost.

Daily Rates – Handyman services can be charged by the day, with a 1 day minimum. At the time of booking, clients simply list their requested projects and over the phone we can provide an estimate of time to complete your list. We’ll recommend materials for you to prepare before the handyman arrives. When our handyman arrives you may give more specific instructions about what you would like done and at that point we will confirm estimate and cost.

Service Packages – Because homes don’t take care of themselves and lists don’t stop growing we offer service packages on a monthly and quarterly basis. Services are available at a reduced hourly rate. If you have a pool guy, landscaper of housekeeper don’t you think its just as important for someone to help you maintain your home?

Remodel Estimate – For larger jobs you can request an on-site estimate for a bid for your project.

Do you do plumbing work?

We change fixtures and repair small leaks but do not do major plumbing.

What days are you available?

Monday-Friday 7am-6pm, Weekends upon Request.

What if I need you today?

We love your enthusiasm! Contact us to check our availability.

Do I need to be home?

If it is your first handyman appointment then you will need to be home for the beginning and completion of your project. If you are a continuing customer then other arrangements can be made.

When do I need to pay?

Once we have completed your project.

Do I need to do anything before?

If needed, we will purchase the necessary materials (approved by you). The cost for the shopping trip will be the cost of the materials + 1 hour travel time for the shopping trip.

Do you provide the materials?

Once we understand your list we’ll provide most of not all the tools required to complete the work. The only thing you’ll need to provide are the custom materials you’d like to work with (ie. Paint, fixtures, shelves).

What if I need you on a monthly basis?

Because lists never stop growing and homes don’t take care of themselves, You can have the peace of mind that your handyman will show up on a monthly or quarterly basis to care for all of your “To Do” list and keep your home well maintained, while receiving discount pricing. Cost of Subscription is determined on Square Footage of home.

What do you guarantee?

We Guarantee you’ll love the work or we’ll come out and make it right at no additional cost to you! Our Handymen are trained professionals and experts at what they do. We won’t do a job unless we are qualified to complete it and can gaurantee you’ll love the work.

What if I need to change my appointment?

To make changes to your handyman service appointments please allow 48 hours notice. Unfortunately changes with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee of $50.00.

Do you provide estimates?

Of Course! We do a pretty good job of providing accurate estimates over the phone. We often don’t visit the job site before the scheduled appointment for simple handyman tasks. When you book the appointment we can give you a good idea of how long similar jobs have taken, and then when your technician arrives at your home he will confirm costs!
